Every profile is a real, represented veteran — callsign-only until a candidate accepts your introduction. Clearance labels are exact and candidate-attested; MTM-reviewed marks profiles our team has gone over. First vetted intros within 72 hours; every request answered within one business day.
Paste your LCAT sheet, role list, or job descriptions — one requirement per line, or paste straight from Excel. We extract the criteria, you review and correct them, then the deterministic engine matches your requirements against the bench: same sheet, same answer, every time, with the evidence beside every candidate. Files never upload — only the text you paste is kept.

MTM answers every request within one business day and targets first vetted intros within 72 hours. Candidates accept or decline every introduction — that consent step is non-negotiable. Once you interview or hire an MTM-introduced candidate, report it here: it lands in your outreach record automatically.

Let’s build your career profile in about two minutes. Start with your resume — we’ll pull out your clearance, certifications, specialties, education, and work history so you don’t have to type it all in. Nothing saves until you review it.
Review and correct anything — this is your data. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
Two reads worth your time — how this market actually hires, and how the Bench keeps you in control.

Your profile powers the MTM bench: verified employers search the full bench inside their portal, and militarytalentmatch.com/bench shows a ranked public preview of it. Either way you appear by callsign only — your legal name and salary floor are never shown.
Which worlds are you targeting? Pick every one that fits — this is how MTM routes you to healthcare, VA, support, logistics, or cyber/tech opportunities.
No clearance? Pick None — most healthcare, VA, and support roles don’t need one. Everything here is candidate-attested.
Suggestions show only your selected branch’s codes (official DMDC crosswalk).
Only MTM staff see this — never employers, never the bench. Speeds up placement calls.
Start typing — we suggest the standard name (e.g. “sec+” → CompTIA Security+, “rn” → Registered Nurse) — or tap a chip below.
If any of the above are STATE licenses (nursing, PA, etc.) rather than national certs, add the license number, issuing state, and expiration date here — employers and credentialing checks need this, not just the license name.
Your functional areas — the work you actually do or want to do. Type your own or tap chips.
Systems and tools you can walk in and use — EHRs, federal systems, software.
🔒 Never shown to clients. Triggers a red flag if a client budget is below this.
Never shown anywhere. If your current employer ever gets verified access to search the bench, your card is automatically invisible to them.
Your card never appears to verified employer accounts from any company you list here.
Your entries are kept as a draft on this device until every section is complete — then Save stores them with MTM.
Drives your experience math — add your military role too, it counts. Your resume fills this in automatically.
Your callsign: — visible to Ready Room members.
So MTM Staff can reach you.
VA and military-hospital postings ingested nightly from USAJOBS, plus openings pulled straight from target-employer career boards. Work this with MTM puts the opening on our desk — we brief you, position you, and stay in your corner through the process. Or apply direct. Either way: always free.
Team minimum this week — hit the 3 core targets to keep the streak. Tap +/− as work happens; close the week each Monday.
Use the Bench column to put a candidate on the bench (verified-employer search; the public page previews the ranked top 6) or take them off — Put on bench also approves them, so they appear to clients immediately. Approve allows bench visibility without forcing them live (they show once their own Bench toggle is on); Unapprove fully revokes and removes them from the bench. Review marks a candidate’s attested clearance/certs as MTM-reviewed (internal only — never shown as “verified”, never on the public bench).
Only published roles are selectable as candidate goals. Roles import as draft; you publish after census verification.
Paste a census CSV. Dry-run first — a row with no source is rejected (never rendered). Imported rows are draft.
Candidate advisor requests & engine flags, oldest first — your daily worklist.
Candidates asking for roles not yet published — drives census wave prioritization.
Approve opens full bench search (business email verified — target one business day; check the domain, and for defense buyers verify the CAGE on SAM.gov and note the status). CSA is separate: flip it ON only after the Client Services Agreement is actually signed — it unlocks slate runs. Treat unverifiable companies asking about cleared candidates as potential foreign-intelligence approaches (DCSA: resume collection is the #1 vector) — decline and report.
A lock makes the candidate exclusive to the lock-holding client on that solicitation only — other clients running the same solicitation number never see them. Locks are placed from a slate (the 🔒 button) when a Letter of Intent is signed. Release when the LOI lapses, the bid is lost, or the client walks — releasing restores the candidate to competing slates immediately. History rows stay for the record.
Every run snapshots these values — the audit trail of who was scored how, with which config, is automatic.
Every employer intro request lands here with a countdown. Working = you answered (stops the one-day clock). Intro made = candidate accepted and the introduction went out. The stated comp range is the employer’s logged commitment — police it through placement.
Every “full breakdown” request from the public LCAT scanner. The 72h clock runs while a lead is new — mark working once you’ve answered, closed when it converts (create the employer account / log in the Desk) or dies. Their scan numbers show what they already saw: aggregate counts only.
